User Acceptance Policy

One-to-One Service.com, Inc. (the “Company) follows ethical business practices, which includes enforcing policies to ensure our products and services are not used for abusive, harmful, or illegal activities. This User Acceptance Policy (the “Terms”) is incorporated into the iService Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and applies to all Users who use the Services. Notwithstanding the terms of any license agreement, the Company may suspend or terminate an account and access to or use of the Services, and block future access to and use of the Services, due to a violation of this Policy. The Company may also remove or require a Subscriber to remove content published through the Services which the Company considers illegal or which violates this Policy. The Company may take any other action such as disabling, restricting, or limiting access to, or distribution of, any such content as it considers appropriate.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their Agents and End-Users comply with this Policy, including monitoring and removing, as necessary, content published through the Services in violation of this Policy.

We encourage the reporting of suspected illegal content and/or violations of the Policy by using the contact forms published on the iService help center at https://1to1service.iservicecrm.com/f/help/ask-question. The Company may modify this policies at any time. Capitalized terms used in this Policy but not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the One-to-One Service.com MSA.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iService platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of such changes.

2. Copyright Information and User Data Ownership

All content on the iService platform is protected by copyright laws. This includes texts, graphics, logos, and software provided by iService. Data input into the system by customers is owned by the customer and is their responsibility to manage. Customers must ensure their data complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, service marks, and logos used and displayed on the iService platform are registered and unregistered Intellectual Property Rights of the Company or third parties. You are granted no right or license with respect to any such trademarks or service marks and cannot use them without the owner’s permission.

4. Termination Clause

iService reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, liability, or limitation, if you breach the Terms. A breach of Terms shall be determined by the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Links to Other Websites Disclaimer

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by iService. iService assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

7. Content Clause

You are responsible for the content you provide to the platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Users are prohibited from sending spam, including the sending of unwanted or unauthorized commercial content, unwanted or mass solicitation, or other forms of duplicative or unsolicited messages. When sending email through the Subscribers email servers, iService server details must be removed from header details. Configuration issues that generate errors, such as enabled mailboxes with incorrect connection details, must be corrected when identified. Incoming email content must be filtered for spam and malware prior to retrieval by the platform. iService has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content provided by users.

8. Allowed and/or Prohibited Uses Clause

The Services may not be used for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines. Users are required to ensure that their use of the Services, including the content they publish and their online conduct, complies fully with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities, directly or indirectly promoting such activities, or publishing illegal or fraudulent content. Users must utilize encryption wherever supported by the platform and immediately report any security incidents related to iService either by using the contact form at https://1to1service.iservicecrm.com/f/help/ask-question. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that their use of the Services does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any legal statutes.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The iService platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. iService expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

iService reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
