iService Rolls Out Workflow Orchestrator in Version 9.3


New workflow orchestration tools make it easy to customize the agent experience in iService 9.3.

New Workflow Tools: A robust suite for orchestrating custom processes, including a Workflow Builder for customizing agent menus for various interactions, a Submit Form Builder for creating tailored data collection forms, and an Agent Action Panel Builder for adjusting agent menus under various scenarios.

Webhook Action: A novel functionality that can be implemented in filters and forms to transfer interaction details to other systems, providing seamless integration with external applications and amplifying the interoperability of iService.

Email to SMS: This update introduces a separate login type for Email to SMS (E2S) users, enabling those who send SMS messages from iService to use an email to SMS process.

Dashboard Admin Update: The Dashboard admin page now supports the direct addition of custom HTML, providing users with more customization and flexibility.
